1.1 SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE EACH MONTH ACCORDING TO THE FREQUENCY YOU SELECT. IF YOU SELECT “PAY ON DELIVERY” YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE DUE UPON DELIVERY OF EVERY ORDER ACCORDING TO THE FREQUENCY YOU SELECT. Allen Wholesale Foods will automatically renew your Subscription on each monthly anniversary date of the Subscription (or bi-monthly, tri-monthly anniversary date, etc., depending on the subscription selections you make), as authorized by you. When you select a recurring delivery option, you agree that you are demonstrating your consent for automatic renewal of your Subscription, and consent that we will charge your Payment Method with the applicable order cost and any applicable shipping and handling costs associated with delivery of your order as shown at check-out. Each Subscription renewal period is for the delivery of one order.

1.2 SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging on to your account page within allenwholesalefoods.com or by contacting us via phone or email. To cancel a Subscription, please log in to your account on the Site and select the "my subscription" link displayed after log-in, then follow instructions towards cancellation. Cancellation requests submitted in this manner (via the "account" page on the allenwholesalefoods.com website) must be received at least one full calendar day prior to your next shipping date to avoid being charged for that order. Cancellation requests received after that shall take effect the following month. If you have any problems, please email info@allenwholesalefoods.com. Allen Wholesale Foods requires a reasonable amount of time to process your MSubscription cancellation request. If you cancel your Subscription, you will enjoy your Subscription benefits until the end of the then-current Subscription term, and your Subscription benefits will expire at the end of the then-current Subscription term for which you have paid.

1.3 ORDER DELIVERY AND PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE

The order delivery date will be determined according to whichever date is closer to the date of the Customer’s first scheduled delivery date. All orders in Dallas / Fort Worth Area (local delivery area) will be personally delivered by an Allen Wholesale Foods team member free of charge, according to the delivery date and time you select. All orders outside our local delivery area will be delivered via UPS or a suitable third-party carrier on the closest day possible after your order date, and will be charged applicable shipping and handling as calculated at check-out prior to placing your order. The risk of loss and title for all Products purchased via the Site pass to the Customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

1.4 SKIPPING DELIVERIES

Allen Wholesale Foods offers its plan subscribers the ability to skip a delivery if needed. If you wish to skip a delivery, you will remain a subscriber of your Allen Wholesale Foods plan, continue to receive communications from Allen Wholesale Foods via email, will not be charged any maintenance or other fee for the skipped delivery, and will automatically resume your scheduled deliveries on the next scheduled delivery day, according to your selected schedule. 1.5 PAUSING AND RESUMING DELIVERY

Allen Wholesale Foods offers its plans subscribers the ability to temporarily pause their Subscription (“Pause Period”). During the Pause Period, plan subscribers will remain active subscribers, but they will not receive any Orders.

A Subscription may be placed on a Pause Period for either a one, two, or three month period. During the Pause Period, subscribers will remain a subscriber of Allen Wholesale Foods, continue to receive communications from Allen Wholesale Foods via email, but will not be charged any maintenance or subscription fee.

Subscribers who are in a Pause Period may resume receiving Products by logging into their account and Resuming Delivery either immediately or on their original bill date. You may email any questions about the Pause Period to info@allenwholesalefoods.com.
