Grass-fed, grass-finished beef is naturally leaner and contains higher levels of antioxidants, vitamins, and a beneficial fat called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which has been shown to reduce inflammation and promote a healthy immune system.
The beef in this program is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days prior to processing. Dry aging naturally tenderizes the meat, and enhances its rich flavor. The result is some of the healthiest, tastiest beef available on the market today.
